Olusola Falodun

MANAGING DIRECTOR

A vastly experienced Oil and Gas professional in the oilfields services sector who has a wealth of knowledge spanning over three decades in which he excelled in many roles ranging from Drilling Rig Operations Management, Hydrocarbon Formation Evaluation, Business Management, Sales and Marketing in Nigeria, the Middle East and North America.

A former Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Nigerian Chapter of the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), he has contributed immensely to the development and prominence of the body in the Nigerian industry

He is the pioneer leader of WESL and is already setting the pace as a role model to young business minds and entrepreneurs.

He has worked for Shell Petroleum Development Company, Petrolog Nigeria Limited, Baker Hughes, Halliburton Energy Services, Oando PLC and OES Energy Services Limited. He is a Chemical Engineering graduate from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, a recognized member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria and a former member of the Governing Board of Corona Schools Trust Council

Emeka Emezi

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

A highly trained Oil and Gas professional with expertise, knowledge and extensive capabilities garnered from over twenty years working across multiple roles in the drilling fluids business operations and in business quality management

He started his career with Halliburton Energy Services during which he worked in several capacities such as Senior Accounts Representative/Manager on major projects in Nigeria and Central Africa (Congo & Gabon), Field Service Quality Coordinator a role which includes developing processes, training and development of personnel and Senior Drilling Fluids Engineer with Halliburton Baroid.

Emeka joined Oando Energy Services Limited (OESL) in 2010 as the Field Technical Service Coordinator. His astuteness earned him the role of a Drilling Fluids Manager, and later Operations Manager for Drilling and Completions Fluids at OES Energy Services Limited. In 2017, he was appointed the General Manager, Operations Wellsworth Energy Services Limited.

He is a Chemical Engineering graduate from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. He is also a recognized member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria (IOD) and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers (NSCHE).
